Binding Agreement Between Brielle Calarook and Dazreon, Prince of Defeat

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Preamble: This contract hereby binds Brielle Calarook referred to as "the Bound," to Dazreon, Prince of Defeat, referred to as "the Patron," under the terms and conditions specified herein. The ritual of binding was performed by Hayden Fosk, referred to as "the Executor” on behalf of Brielle Calarook.. Refer to Appendix A for more detailed information regarding the Promise Spell, the Relic, and Bilpip Gimlen.
  2. Grant of Power: In exchange for the eternal soul of the Bound, the Patron grants the Bound the following powers:
  1. Conditions of Forfeiture: The Bound's eternal soul will be claimed by the Patron upon the Bound’s death unless one of the following conditions is fulfilled:
  2. Duration and Termination: This contract remains in effect until the Bound's death or until one of the conditions is fulfilled. Upon the successful completion of any condition, the Bound's soul will be released from the bond with the Patron.
  3. Obligations of the Bound: The Bound commits to earnestly pursuing one of the specified conditions to secure the release of their soul. These actions must be undertaken personally, without delegation or assistance that would compromise the integrity of the contract.
  4. Obligations of the Patron: The Patron agrees to provide the specified powers and the Promise spell to the Bound. Additionally, the Patron commits to releasing the Bound's soul upon the successful completion of one of the conditions.
  5. Breach of Contract: Any attempt by the Bound to void, alter, or circumvent this contract through deceit or negligence will result in the immediate forfeiture of the Bound's soul to the Patron.
  6. Protection of the Relic: Should the Relic be rendered inoperable or inaccessible, or its contents damaged in any way, whether through the actions of the Bound or for any other reason, the Bound’s soul shall be immediately forfeit to the Patron, as shall the souls of any who share their blood, presently and in perpetuity.
  7. Severability: If any provision of this contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
