This small charm, made from a sliver of Timewood bark, allows the wearer to temporarily speed up their actions.

• Time Slip: Once per short rest, as a reaction, you can activate the Haste Charm to cast Haste on yourself without requiring concentration. The effect lasts for 1 minute, after which you suffer from lethargy as described in the Haste spell
